What is Mediation?
Mediation is a confidential, voluntary dispute resolution process using a neutral third party. Unlike litigation, participants control outcomes while improving communication. Most effective for individuals ready to negotiate in good faith collaboratively.

Process
Typical mediation: 8-12 hours including joint meetings, individual caucuses, agreement drafting, and follow-up consultations as needed.
